A Conversation for I'm New - What Do I Do Now?

The company I work for is now facing huge losses and very poor cash flow. We think the only alternative is to go into administration.
Does anyone have any personal experience of being in this situation?
How did you cope with the emotional aspect as well as the practical side?
Were you able to come out of the administration order with the same, but better, company; with a new, phoenix like company; or did you end up in receivership?
Regards

Hello Lady Claire, and welcome to h2g2
You will get a better response to your question if you post it on <./>askh2g2</.> - that forum gets a lot more visitors than this one
Meanwhile, I have dropped by your Personal Space (bit like a homepage) and left you an official welcome message to help you get settled in.
