I think the question probably has nothing to do at all with maths - one of my favourites that I've read somewhere is:

"Howdy" about sezzit! I'm a midwestern "septic" (Michigan) newbie, just joined, having stumbled onto h2g2 whilst looking at Mil Millington's Mailing List #39(http://microurl.com/mil/newyear), wherein was a link to explain pot noodles! I have long loved first the h2g2 radio production, which was sound track of the BBC TV series I then saw, finally the book of HitchHiker's Guide to the Galaxy. I've recently reread Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency, and found, or rather didn't, The Long Dark Teatime of the Soul probably is with me ex-wife, so I reserved what Douglas Adams I could at our local library, read "Last Chance to See," I believe it was called, and Terry Jone's "Starship Titanic"(almost Adams), then "The Deeper Meaning of Liff," which wasn't a read, unfortunately a list of funny made-up vocabulary from city names all over the world. I must find more of Douglas Adams unread twice by me! It was most inconvenient that such a Mensch would needs perish. I no longer inhabit Gilbert and Sullivan productions at the local university, as they are now mostly Music School infested and no damn fun at all! Ah, well. I must find more twisted humor! Can you help me? I need a hoot! All the diodes down my left side ache! I'm what is called a holistic integrative M.D. who is otherwise stressed out by starting my own clinic, which is floundering, so I may need to sell out to the corporate mindset, which I would hate somewhat less than losing my home. Slai'nte!
