It appears I'm going to be busy for the next day or two erasing stories and replacing them with links to my own website which is not subject to such puerile and commercialized standards of censorship. BBC Producer Guidelines indeed!! Since when are they paying me or anyone else here to jump through their censorship hoops?

Going back to the yoga bit - I think too many people think that yoga is all standing on your head and tying yourself in knots or the kind of crap that the celebrities are pretending they are into now to make more money. Yoga can be very subtle, even down to laying on the floor and stretching your muscles whilst breathing (full breathing) properly.

Yoga for the body, meditation for the mind - they've kept me nimble and subtle (in both ways) all of my adult life.
