....When a Boyband tries to grown up. I've just seen Westlife's new video (Oh the joys of living with a 10 year old!!) is it me or are they trying desperatly to be The Rat Pack.
10-1 on that they'll have split up by the summer, any takers?, Honest Reef will take all bets gladly

Nah i think 10 to 1 is a bit strong for my liking more like 4-5 on is the odds i'll be looking at!

Ok with a tip from the Reverand here the odds are slashed to 4-5 on, any more takers, now that the most talented member is gone will they last into the new year

2-1 they'll try to be Busted and turn into a generic standard band worshipped by 5-12 year old girls and a few fat people who dress like them aged 40+. 3-1 they'll be gone by the Summer and 5-1 they'll split and regroup in 15 years, while the least talented one has a bad solo career that will continually fail, no matter how many singles he releases.

Very true on all 3 counts, but rivalry being what it is the surviving members of Westlife will want solo successes as well and 90% of their efforts will fail

I know, I meant REAL bands, those that play instruments, write their own music and can perform live without lip syncing are talented, talent is not something BoyBands need, as long as they're good looking and don't drink, take drugs, don't have girlfriends/boyfriends and don't have a personality they're in
