h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Got my tickets to see Bon Jovi at St. Mary's Stadium (Home of *Spit* Southampton *Spit* Fratton Park isn't big enough) today. I've had a crush on Jon Bon Jovi for over 20 years and this'll be the first time I've seen him live on stage

Good for you, Reef. Going to see one of my heroes, Fish (ex- of Marillion), later this month - he's doing a Misplaced Childhood 20th anniversary show.

Doesn't seem that long ago!

Will be the first time I've ever seen him perform live, and its in a small local venue, which will be brill.

Also going to see Duran Duran (twice!) and Foo Fighters in December. Travelling to London for one of the DD shows and Manchester for the Foos show. One of the benefits of being in the Midlands - it's relatively easy to get almost anywhere.

Oooh Marillion, I used to like them, never really liked DD, I did have a crush on John Taylor tho

Bon Jovi is seriously loved in Germany, I had a German teacher, who ironically was an english teacher, who had a VW beattle with the number plate 'Bon Jovi'.
