As promised I did attend the Summer Meet, in our fair Capital.
I did drink and I did laugh and I did wear my hat.
It was good to see young 2legs and Rachie neither of whom I'd seen it quite a while.
Sadly the venue was under new management so all the cool stuff and decent ale had been removed... But I think we all managed to have prety good time and of course we conquored global terrorism by drinking and talk toot.

They had an Eastern European barman, who looked a tad like Al Murray and could serve a decent Southern Comfort and lemonade splash to save his life... And because there was no good I was drinking Guinness, which is the drinkers safe bet, whereever you are chances are there'll be Guinness and it'll be drinkable even if nothing else in the bar is...

But I still had a good laugh.

the good thing about such an early star..... finished by 7am, and the roads are very quiet at 4am, so even in the rain, there are very few vehicles to scare me on the highway

You probably don't want to know.... it was, however I shoudl say, long* before the spanking started that was Genie being spanked... not me WAs a good meet, pity the numbers were a little on the low side, but what we might not have in numbers we make up for in noise and drinking volume much a big pity they've done away with the decent beer and the gothic theming of the place and your hat is indeed very cool
