Hmm. If I harm myself it's me using a tool to control the intense feelings. If I kill myself it's me chosing to put an end to pointless life.
I express things in my journal. If people are uncomfortable with what is expressed they can yikes it or insubscribe from it.

Nonono... I just keep an eye on you to er, keep an eye on you... Now I know that you are expressing feelings, I think that is good, and I won't worry unless you make other noises than poetry. Is that OK?

I don't think so but it's down to how you feel...

Great! Makes me feel better. I am 'periodic' (or how to say it...) for a while I post a lot, say too much, feel too much. And then I think I have overdone it and go all quiet, but maybe that is just my imagination? It's hard to guess what others think, isn't it?

No, helpful, not overwhelming.

I'm glad..

I was thinking so hard to remember stuff that would be helpful and you know I am actually a quiet person in RL...so all that thinking made me feel my head was loud..

..the after effects seem to echo...*chuckles* and I sounded loud to myself trying to sort it all out...was tired too..!

After I had been on here, I went to get the wee man ready for bed and all hell broke loose, the mad mexicans all seemed to run out at the same time to let their fireworks off...*geee* was really loud and of course had to take the lil G-force out to watch them...!

Saw some fireflies for the first time...what cool lil things they are. I tried to catch some but failed miserablely, I'm sure I was watched with great interest and a few raised eyebrows as I staggered and jumped thro the dusk at the front of my house and flapping my arms in a frenzy!
