I'm feeling low because I've been comfort eating... I don't know why I've been comfort eating... just been feeling so empty...

Well I have been comfort/binge eating again... And smoking heavily... I feel like sh!te...
I sometimes starve myself as well... I think I might start starving myself tomorrow...
