awwwww that dont sound good, although i know what you mean about the smokeing i think its something we all do when stressed out.
I made the mistake of starting again after giveing them up for 3 years i regret it now and find it hard to give up a second time.

Please dont starve yourself Stealth, it wont make you feel better for binging...and try not to beat your self up about the smoking...having never smoked I cant fully understand how addictive it is, but I can try...its something you're going to get through over time...

Mum's cooking dinner so I won't get away with starving myself...

Hay, wats rong with comfert eating? well, aside the obvious... I had some fajittas with lamb for dinner tonight... and I just took a big chunk of bread off the 'Petit Parisian' bread i've got, and ate that and I'm certainly not hungry... though I do feel peckish...

It's weak and unhealthy... it adds to my grotesque appearance...
