I'm gonna try and get to see one of my doctors tomorrow... hopefully a new dosage for my Olanzapine can be found maybe try a new anti-depressant and /or look into mood stablisers...

i think a mood stabiliser will help you. i am glad you are going to see the gp, you are taking an action to help yourself and that is good.

You have not so much upset people - more worried them i should think.

Now for some honest talking.

You were self-pitying last night, mainly because of the alcohol. drinking does that. you spend days/hours fighting with negative emotions and when you drink, it all comes out. This does not mean the feelings aren't real or any less valid, but that self pity is alcohol induced.

I do it too. The lower i feel the more i need to drink and this feeds the negative emotions and it all errupts. I often feel a lot more clear headed afterwards as it is like a pressure oven that has had some of the pressure released, before it builds up again.

Please don't take it the wrong way, you know about me and know i understand it, but i won't bullsh!t you about it.

I hope you got the gp appt sorted ok. Take care and i am sorry i wasnt back online again last night to speak to you again.

i simply explained that i do it too - i am not a hypocrite. i told you how i see it and didnt criticise you for your actions or behaviour and made a point of saying that it doesnt invalidate your feelings. take it as you will.
