My fear and paranoia that people dislike me is getting worse... It's making me smoke more and more as this is the only socially acceptable form of self harm I'm allowed... but unlike cutting it is one that makes me feel bad about myself...

Part of me believes I do not deserve to be liked, cared about, loved or respected...
In it's because I do not like myself that I take the smallest things as a sign that I am disliked...
Part of me needs love and attention, I need constant reassurance and reaffirmation...
The kinda cognative therapy that I give myself [cause I'm not getting any from the NHS!] isn't enough to drive away 14 years of daemons...

I know, dear. You told me about what happened before, remember? Are you aware of the Abuse Survivor's group here on h2g2? If not, I'll get the A number for you later...

oohhhh riight well i better be reading the book asap then yay! there was just ssomething about that film.....it isnt usually the film id watch and like but i loved it!my fave bit is when the man in the wheelchair realises that Alex was the man that raped his wife cuz Alex was singing *im singing in the rain* in the bath..heehee the mans face looked funny like he was taking a crap or something! ooo andt the bit when Alex is going into prison and hes all naked for a few secongs mmmmm lol do u have a fave bit hun??

O gosh! I'm not sure I can choose... I think maybe one part I love is the opening scene where it open on Alex and his droogs in the Karova milk bar... or Alex singing in the bath... but reallty I can't choose a favourite bit...
