We have to spend a lot of time in PR and nuture the entries so they are ready for picking, and then select 2 a month.

I have been spending the last couple of months lurking in PR to get practice but haven't really nurtured any yet so my first 2 picks (in 2 weeks!!) are ones that I hope I don't pinch from anyone else. I have been trying to find ones from the back of the queue that are ok but haven't had lots of feedback from one particular scout. It isn't polite to let someone else do all the work and then nick it.

I hope I haven't taken on too much

I wasn't sure about it which is why I have dallied about it for the last 3 months, but I decided to bite the bullet and give it a go. If I don't like it or am rubbish then I can always stop doing it.
