I've phoned her; no reply on mobile or landline, left message. i emailed her too; sometimes we squeak on MSN, but (understandably) she doesn't use it much; it is a pain that the whole world knows when you are online.

Hopefully she just needs some space to deal with stuff. But yes, very worrying.

I had a great day out (yes, OUTSIDE WITH PEOPLE!!!) yesterday and came back and wrote an email to someone and mentioned stuff that made me think of other stuff and then couldn't deal with the bad memories and felt sh!t cos even when I have a good time then that crap will always be with me and then sent me spiralling into blackness and thinking what is the sodding point. That is when I posted.
