I've got a client in tears in reception atm. No-one is here but me so it is down to me to help calm him down.

I'm not paid to deal with this cr@p.



He didn't pay his bill after an investigation. We wrote to him 3 times telling him what to pay and because the Revenue kept sending him the wrong amount, he didn't pay anything.

Now he's shouting the odds in reception.

He might not have the money to pay,and be feeling desperate.

It could be that you're the best person to deal with him,someone less understanding might upset him more,even if it isn't really your job.
