I've had this headache for a couple of days now.

A sore neck. I can move it from side to side ok, but have difficulty touching my chest. I can do it (just) but not without quite some discomfort.

My hands are freezing cold and tucked under my arms to keep them warm. My feet are cold too.

I'm achy all over.

I'm not photophobic, although I have turned the lights off in my room and my computer screen is a little uncomfortable to look at, but not "painful".

I feel sick.

painkillers aren't doing much. Waste of money they were!

I want me bed.
