have you changed you details with the BBC id? You can check which email address you currently have with the sign-on system here, on the settings page.

If it's listed as your old one, maybe the email was sent there?

I can not remember old email add. as I did not use it much so I had to change my email address this time I have saved it so I wont forget. still no email I have sent an email to Editors still waiting for reply keeping fingers crossed
