EF: A13083680 - where is it?

My edited entry ... A13083680 is hidden, apparently breaking house rules
1) it is an edited entry, surely if it broke house rules, the scouts, subs and eds should have seen it before it became edited
2) "However, the author can easily re-write it so that it doesn't break the rules, so let's hope they do just that." - it's edited so I can't access it -
3) I only saw this as I was lookign through old entries, I haven't seen a notification
I have no idea how long this has been hidden, why it as been hidden and by the looks of it, whoever is in charge has just left to rot
I WANT MY ENTRY BACK

how about a message of
"don't worry, we've made a mistake somewhere, but we are still blaming the resercher and hoping everybody will forget all about it" ?
it makes more sence than suggesting that I can fix it what I obviously can't.

Firstly, it's a standard catch-all message. Don't take it personally, it's not meant that way.
Secondly, have you checked that your email address is current? An email will have been sent out to you when it was modded, and you would have then had the opportunity to find out why and rectify the problem.
Thirdly, it's late in the day and the Italics will have likely gone home - give them a few days to have a look at the problem.
Chill! I'm sure it'll be sorted out.

My email address is current. I have never seen a modding email

I'm not sure you'd have got the email anyway, as its usually the one marked as 'editor' who gets it.
Sam is down with a virus, so it may take a while until he gets back at you.

I once had an article yikesed, but it wasn't me who got the email, it was the Post Team, so I guess it's similar with entries who have both 'written and researched by' *and* 'edited by*. I don't *know* it, though.

It just seems insulting to the whole PR processes if an entry written by a scout / sub can sit in PR, get PRed, get scouted, get approved, get subbed, and go back through the editors again and get on the front page without a problem.

Jon, apologies for the delay. We've been a man down and the other member of staff is brand new. We've also been massively busy. Please bear with us. One thing to note, any Entry can be hidden or 'yikesed' after it's been through the complete process. It's rare, but sometimes we all miss something and someone complains or the context changes etc. Once again, apologies for the delay but we'll investigate it and get back to you.
Key: Complain about this post
