Has anyone else noticed lately that after clicking on 'my space' or the refresh button that your PS isn't refreshing?

This has been happening to me a lot the past few weeks. I have to close my browser page and open a new one to get a refreshed page.

az, several others have had this and/or similar problems.
Apparently, the solution to this is to clear your cache and delete the cookies, after that jt should work again. smiley - ok

The technical team is 'working' on it but as it has to be an external cause, they require your input.

I could explain - in German. I have to guess the English trems. it should be something like this:click 'Extras' in your upper menue bar, then click 'internet options', then a window pops up, saying something like: delete cookies; delete data; delete/clear (whatever it's called; the thing which shows you where you've been, it has a clock symbol in the menue bar).

"Clearing the cache is a 'work aroound':
Internet Explorer: tools/internet options press the buttons [clear cache] and [clear cookies].

Another 'work around': change skin

< <./>/dna/h2g2/Classic/</.> >
< <./>/dna/h2g2/Alabaster/</.> >
< <./>/dna/h2g2/brunel/</.> >

Another 'work around': replace part of the url starting with #, or add in the end &test1, &test2 . . .

Please use the test as provided by 'Jim Lynn' and email him the results, that way the tech team has some clue of what is really going wrong. As far as known the problem resides outsiode the network of the bbc, but there is a chance they are able to give a longer lasting solution. "
