A151516 I am afraid somebody looks like they had a bit of over enthusiasm when they categorised this Entry - I am not sure if I can do it, but would it be better if this short Entry was put solely in the category of food ie Bread, Grains, Pulses and pasta?

There was a stray comma after "Rice puddings - gelatinous," which I have removed
Also <> I have changed the double quotes to single quotes.
The article was bereft of links so I've added a few
