It's probably not worth changing back, but I feel 'at one another's throats' was perfectly acceptable. We shouldn't standardise so much that the author's style disappears.

It wasn't "at one another's throats", it was "at one other's throats", which is definitely wrong! I considered changing it to "at one another's", but went with what Rudest Elf suggested.
