I think it is excellent! Your description of the crocodile statue is apt, as I could visualise it before seeing the picture. The analysis is good, too - detailed yet succinct

I don't think I've got any useful comments. Except that I believe the mineral chalcedony comes from this area, but that's not really relevant.
