This is a simple, common sense guide aimed at helping groups of people to collaborate and acheive something whilst feeling happy at it.

I like it
The sentence " I have found common sense to be in very short supply, especially in me." ought to be rewritten into third person and using GuideML to beautify that list would be nice ... but that's about it!
If I may add an item 7 to the list' then it's this: DON'T ever change the numbering system within your project. If it consists of phase#1, phase#2 through to phase#19 and you should find out there's a need for phase#7a then just call it phase#7a. You'll end up in a complete mess if you start renumbering the steps (and again, and again...).

What do you reckon to the above comments, Mohe? Do you reckon it's ready to go into the Edited Guide yet?

The author has been gone from h2g2 for over 2 months now, so I'd think we either need to accept this puppy as is, or send it to the FM. What do y'all think?

Tough call.
I mean, there are many issue with the prose. The entry reads a little awkward in some areas. Still. . . I liked it. I think with some work (ambitious Sub-Ed, or mild FM rescue) with could be a nice front page piece.
At its core though, the entry doesn't SEEM finished. The stuff is all there, but there is a good bit of editing still to be done. Right?
We've seen entries get in and get Subbed with rougher edges than this; and we've seen works get sent back that are in better shape. I'm reluctant to say 'Recommend!" (not that you need a second for that, of course), but not as reluctant to say 'Second the move to FM'.
Friar, hoping that I've been some help, but seriously doubting that

I normally would have said "off to the FM with it", had it not been the post from Sam up above, which seemed to indicate that he had received a Scout's recommendation for the entry and was more or less ready to accept the entry as is.

yes, so it was. But as things don't seem to be getting further, I'd say we might move it to the FM.

Seconded - unless of course the alternations are so minor that it could easily be done by a competent Sub!
