making many typos
"One I noticed being particular:
--TLA for Three Letter Acronym.
Some I managed to confuse people with:
--IE as used for Internet Explorer.
--WAN Wide Area Network.
Stupid question: Why do you abbreviate WWW ? Or is it to be pronounced as tripleyou ? 
Current popular ones:
--POV Point Of View attribute in the movie (Points Of View, one of the new DNA messageboard sites).
--PDA has to do with the mobility or lack of ofthe site
--TFT type of LCD screen.
