Best Bond?
Mr. Legion Posted Jun 11, 2003
1. I'm going to show my age here and say it's a tie between Connery and Brosnan. Nobody gets the darker violent side of Bond quite like Connery, but Brosnan comes pretty close.
2. I'll say either Goldfinger or Goldeneye. Spotting a pattern here? To MGM: Put 'gold' in the title. Sure-fire hit.
3. Best villain is that cute little Nazi woman with the spiky shoes. Not sure what film she was in
4. Best sequence is the opening boat chase in TWINE.
5. My favourite Bond girl is the Russian agent from, I think, From Russia With Love.
6. Worst Bond is the latest, Die Another Day. Without doubt. We've come to expect cheesy dialogue from the series, but this was just taking the p**s. And that theme tune...
How about 7. Best Bond quote? "Nooo, mister Bond, I expect you to *diie*."

Nice list Mr L. Spikey shoed Nazi woman is in From Russia with Love, I think...
Die Another Day was a wierd film, kind of a 'greatest hits'. Dialogue was cheesy though. Smashing car chase, I thought...
Madonna can push right off.
I think my fave Bond line has to be:
Girl: "Hi, I'm plenty"
Bond (looking straight down her low cut dress)"...but of course you are".
It's done with such a cheeky grin, wins me over every time.
