On my PS I have a couple of lists with links to guide entries. When I load the page (on Internet Explorer) it says that there are errors on the page in the status bar at the bottom of the browser window, and I can't actually use the links in the list.
By the way, can you view the GuideML of someone's PS? If so, how?

Yes. You take the U-number URL and replace the U by "testuserpage" (even with capitals if it makes you happy). In your case the URL is (or ends) <./>testuserpage1477064</.>
This is similar to viewing the code for an A-number page by replacing the A with "test".
For your particular PS page, the most obvious error I expected to find and did was you having put a space in the name of your item lists, eg:
That's something which you are explicitly told not to do in the description of how to use that tag, ie in the very page to which you've attached your question, A958557 .
