Where are you staying at the moment? How soon are you going out there? Oh wedding bells, should I be getting a posh frock dry-cleaned?
Congratulations!

Thankyou, Anna! .. I think that la femme nyssita should be around, somewhere.. but I'm not quite sure where she is.. *scurries around*
Congratulations!

I'm staying with my parents at the moment (after they evicted nyssa and I the week before the january meet.. .. ), and I'm working for an unspecifiedly evil company that does computer-y things for a bit, but I should be moving to america some time in April. ..
we've pencilled in the big day for May the 5th, by which time I'll have happily managed to pay my way over there with my live squashed into two suitcases and excess baggage ().
You're more than welcome to come - especially if you wear a posh frock. . I really should get around to sending around invitations are, but I'm still not quite sure how everything's going to pan out organisationally.. once I've got wedding invitations printed, I'll be sure to try and tempt you over the atlantic.
Congratulations!

Uh..here I am! Thank you!
Njan, I'm sure, meant to indicate that he'd be over here in the space of a few months. We should really try to have a reception in England though
Congratulations!

That's very quick work, congratulations again, and I hope it all works out for you both. I'll see if I can talk the beeb into sending us out for Researcher purposes.
Congratulations!

Well, there IS a meetup in california within a month or two.. it would be terribly convenient not only to be able to meetup with the west american contingent of researchers, but to be present at one of the first half dozen hootoo-related marriages, and also have time to research what's actually quite an interesting part of the US. ..
Congratulations!

And also, depending on when I actually deliver, a chance to meet who is likely the youngest h2g2er And definately a chance to meet the youngest h2g2er that's actually been born at this point (Since I'm assuming that Joseph is that youngest one...)
Congratulations!

Yeah!.. and the tickets'll only be a couple of hundred pounds, depending upon when exactly you book them. .. and think of how wonderfully it'll bring the community together, and make it even more sticky - especially for our american cousins.
Congratulations!

*likes how njan thinks*
And if you'll look at the page (A813061) you'll see that there's free accomadation for the meet
Congratulations!

Quite! And think about how close to the community camping with them would make you!.. Whoever came would end up being extremely close to the Western US researchers. *nods sagely*.. can you think of a better way to join the community up? *giggles*..
It's a lovely redwooded area of the country, too!
Congratulations!

And if the timing works out, we've an extra tent we'll bring, and some extra sleeping bags, so you wouldn't have to try to bring them on a plane (Granted, the tent will only be extra because Neugen agrees with me that a newborn, and thus the parents, should sleep inside instead of outside, but still)
Key: Complain about this post
