A Conversation for Great American Sandwiches with Peculiar Names
Sonoran Hot Dog

A typical (not kosher, probably not all beef, not likely to be made of parts of the animal you particularly want to know about) hotdog sits in a soft but. It is wrapped in bacon, surrounded by beans, onions, salsa, mustard, and mayo, served with one or two very hot yellow chiles on the side. I'm not 100% sure this exists outside of Tucson, and I'm half-convinced it's an Arizona-only phenomenon.
Typically served out of a truck or other roadside stand, though restaurants have opened up recently.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
