Why don't we rename the 'avacado salsa' entry 'guacamole' and incorporate the info from this thread.
Then someone can do an entry on tomato salsa and the two will go together nicely.

I am working upon my version as taken out of the Flea Market, but doing it in Word, so it's currently offsite.
Given that we have three entries here on guacamole or guacamole variants, what I'm doing is fast turning into a history of the avocado tree with a dip recipe tacked onto the end!
My research into the 'definitive' guacamole recipe now reads, "Take two ripe avocados... and you have now reached the point where the arguments begin..."
