Heya heya, I am home sick with Crohn's disease today. Reading your article gave me...hope? Nah. Comfort? Nah. Uh, a common frame of reference! That's it! Hee hee.
For the record, I also have Ilium Colitis. Tag team intestinal syndromes! Yee-haw!

Just my 2 cents. Things that I do that you should not, if you have IBS.
- Smoke a pack of cigarettes a day.
- Drink lots of coffee.
Things that I do that you should do, if you have IBS.
- Exercise regularly, when you can.
- See your doctor regularly.
- Trust your limits. It's very commendable to push yourself to the limit, but if you go beyond your limit, you're no good to yourself or the rest of the world.
