He seems fairly harmless. One of the purposes behind TLBSATEOT is to act as a Big Stick with which to bash vexatious PR posters over the head. It worked with the demented Mr. Gaffney. This guy, if you read through his rambling, seems to have a reasonable point to make, which is 'let's be nice to people'. It would be a pity if TLBS was viewed as a response which, in a earlier age, would have resulted in someone being nailed to a tree for voicing his sentiments.

He does seem quite harmless, and as you say, his point that the world would be a much better place if we were all nice to each other is one that we probably all agree upoon
