Err, I don't think you did go to a Whiskey Centre in Scotland, nor did you drink whiskey in a Scottish distillery. You drank whisky and visited a whisky centre.
'Whiskey' comes from Ireland, 'whisky' comes from Scotland. You don't want to upset the natives on that point.

I knew I should have found time to check this. I guess our American cousins aren't aware of the difference.
I have changed the offending spellings now.
