Yes your ship can carry your fighter. As for you Crewman Ralph. You are permited to create a star fighter/mobile suit and put it in your recruiters ship or a ship that you wish.

can i have a fighter bay with more fighters and bombers in it

what kind of weapons should i put on it

You may 2 more fighters for your docking bay, so in all you can have 3 fighters on your ship.

Dont enlist people as crewmen, it is a special designation for NPC's and honourary memebers

Well Ensign Raplh, you may design your person starfighter/mobile suit and put it on any of the ships. I recremend Gangorlas' ship. Since he recruited you.

ok ive been spending sometime in real world so i havent designed my ship yet

but it will be based on a rebel medium transport (the ones that escapes hoth) except it will have lots of weapons instead of cargo holds.
