*In this rather smallish building, numerous vehicles are kept, including light APCs, trucks, AA trucks, shipping trucks, and the minisubs and their harnesses. It is just one chamber, with about three stories up, each story lined with scaffolding and a few cranes. The whole complex is heavily gaurded.*

*Marshal, dressed as a guard, wanders in, and casually takes a set of Keys for a Humvee.*
[Sergeant] Hey! What the hell do you-
[Marhsal] Corporal David Seville ID Number 4260061 collecting Humvee 132-J for use by Sergeant Major Tarrant ID Number 4007657 to step up security after the incident at the Research lab sir!
*The Sergeant looked perplexed, trying to cope with the barrage of information.*
[Sergeant] Well... If you have the paperwork... Oh, you do. Alright, go ahead.
*Marshal salutes and takes the Humvee. He drives out, acting perfectly normal, and smiles at how easy it is to steal military technology. He makes a note to return what's left of it afterwards, and speeds on.*

[Two figures rush in: one is Eckardt, a complete jerk, and the other is Ryu Hoichi, a somewhat short card player.]

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
