I don't know how it works with articles because of the checksum, the number of forums should = the number of articles.

I'd assume the same but I guess that forum numbers are only allocated once the first discussion thread is created below an entry. Much like user pages which present some empty template (without an A-number) unless the researcher presses 'edit' for the first time and thus creates their first A-numbered entry.
And no, no need to make me an official bugfinder I'm just lurking loudly

I think you are right, the forums are only allocated after the first post. I'm too tired to think about it at the moment, I'll think about it all tomorrow.

Check this user: U212432, they have no intro, so nowhere to have put the tag, yet they have the list of reciprical friends.

As far as I can tell, the reciprocal friends list is shown on all Personal Spaces that haven't been activated. For example, even U1 has one!

I was about to post here, but I suddenly realised I had come up with another rather naughty and extremely do-able idea. So I'm taking it off to Yahoo instead for discussion. What it is to have an over-active imagination.

You know, the problem with posting things like that, is now all the lurkers are going to be trying to work out what you thought of, and they don't know that is wasn't actually that *interesting* an idea, although it was naughty.

No!
It was an absolutely fascinating idea that could result in site collapse ... and everyone will have to join to find out what it was!
