Well i sleep like that everynight anyways canna stand having owt on in bed,,,recently been lying on top to stay cool....Im fine hon,Hope you are too,just waking up & need more coffee so bfn & chat l8rs,im back from course about 4.30 
much rather stay home & chat all day LOL

trish all i have on my bed is a small tartan rug the most i have and this is in winter is one top sheet and tartan rug. i always feeler warmer at night than in the day time.
thanks, i feel alot less tired than i did yesterday. i have just had my breakfast and i have a very dark unsweetened coffee.take care trish

Well im afraid i have a very large,very warm quilt LOL
Yeah Kat i get hotter at nights too gotta have windows wide open n curtains parted slightly too...well its raining here today so maybe it might cool the air down a touch

trish it's strange that i don't feel the heat during the day but only at night. i can never have the windows opened as it's so noisy where i live even with double glazing we can here the traffic and 
s. there is a man who is forever arguing and fighting with himself. it's raining here which must mean only thing some one is playing cricket.
