Means Place where there is god-becoming. According to legend this was where the Gods gathered to plan the creation of man.

Whose legend was it?
As far as I've read the name Teotihuacan was a Aztec name which meant 'Birthplace of the Gods' but perhaps your meaning is along the same lines.
I don't think anyone knows what the original inhabitants called the city as we know very little about them...
