Just seen the BBC news about the tornado. Is everyone OK??? Unbelievable, a tornado in Moseley/King's Heath/Sparkbrook!
Who was there when it happened? Is it as bad as it looks on the news?

Well I'm lucky enough to live in Harborne, and they'd never allow something like that to come through tearing the place apart

Typical Brummie spirit that!!!
Just got email from my mate who lives in College Road (Moseley/Sparkbrook)saying he's OK & more details later. He's a carpenter, so it's probably good news work wise for him. Judging by the photos, Ladypool Road took a blasting, bet the balti houses are back up 'n running tonight though!

I have not been to Brum since the news - we have been away and heard about it on the news - quite a lot of txt's later I knew all my colleagues were OK
The pictures on the news look terrible

The tornado mainly went through the lower classes area. As things should be some might argue. I am definitely lower class.
