Good to hear the black bucket is having a well earned rest. I too am having a hard earned rest apres Long Runs. Meanwhile Fuega is having a long rest - after eating and resting. All's swell. Keep up the chin.

Good to hear from you. Greece was certainly "an amazing experience, which I survived and from which I am a little wiser......". Onwards now for the next challenge. To complete the Greece run next time? Hmmm not sure; still undecided; it was the heat that really sapped the energy - mental & physical - this time. About 29 degrees c. for many hours. Am trying to plan next year's programme well in advance.

Meantime I've just been reading about an instant cure for seasickness - eat a small piece of white bread soaked in Worcester sauce. Worth a try. You may need to nip out to the shop to get some W. sauce.

Bon voyage - we're following your log with interest, and we'll be thinking of you.
