I don't think you meant to post this here, did you? This reads more like a journal entry or something best-served by the Alternative Writing Workshop.
Major sympathy for such a rotten day, but I'm afraid this isn't the sort of thing Peer Review is for. Would you mind removing it so you can submit it to a more appropriate forum?
