I don't know because the Met didn't show the inside of the book. 
But since it's an antiphonary, I imagine the text is in Latin. And since it's 15th-16th century, I'm thinking it will have the music notes, if no decorative pictures.
We'll have another one coming up soon with an inside view - FWR has been roaming again.
