Nest Sitter
How to tell them apart: 'The males have red/orange cheeks and a red patch with white spots on the side, the females are usually just grey, this female is an unusually brown one.
Also the male's beak is a stronger shade of red (which helps with completely white birds, which are rare).
This is the zebra finch's wife. Males don't always sit on the eggs. Usually it's the females, but we already had another male who did it.
