If that truck is still running in outer space, I must have done something right. We usually don't calibrate for that altitude / athmospheric pressure level, so I guess that tank is containing the oxygen they need for combustion of the diesel fuel. Given the lack of traction of the wheels on raw nothing, the propulsion is probably caused by the exhaust gas flow only.
Anyway, I now wonder how the tachograph GPS tracking will behave when not on the surface of the Earth. (how far up do speed limits go?)

I don't know. NASA might be able to tell us after they've finished figuring out what time it is in the Sea of Tranquility.
