Those plugs seem awfully small if you want to get the dwarves in the barrels.
I like wine tasting, but ten in the morning is not such a good idea if you do not intend to spit it out.

Rait type of barrels, but WRONG liquid in them 
I don't often wine as such! 
But! Why waste good barrels on grape juice Whisky is gold----hic!

That is just the next level. Like whiskey aged in port or sherry barrels. You just have to finish the wine first.
