Once again we can appreciate the invention of linear numeric timekeeping. What happens to the year if a succession of rulers is overthrown?
I do like the 'century of the fruitbat' though. Trouble is that if you hate the century designation, you could be stuck with it for up to a hundred years. (like the century of the constipated mongoose)
