How the Gods Happened, According to Sumerian Mythology

Opening verses of the Enuma Elish. What do you mean, that's 'too much information'? I don't want to hear about it. Y'all learn Klingon. You've memorised the modus operandi of 42 different imaginary superheroes just because some movie studio told you to. You compete in trivia contests about made-up places with dragons in them. What are a few more gods, compared to that lot?

A couple of ur-gods get together and make the great gods. Two are snakes, two are a male and female couple, one is just a weird hat, and then there's Nudimmud, who's a cool dude.
