Well, erm, thanks a lot, but I assure you, these birdies are indeed very pretty in their way! This one didn't pose for me personally, I used a reference photo taken by a friend. I did do my best to make my painting better than the photo - not to take away from his photo - but I can and did alter factors of lighting and colour a bit to highlight the birdy properly.
