There are two options:
-Move to the Netherlands and apply for renting one (there may be a waiting list)
-Build one (or more, if you team up with others). I suppose the hardest bit is stacking the main components, once the concrete has dried. It might be a good idea to consider adding some form of insulation. The architect also had a fiberglass version in his portofolio. Maybe you can make that into smaller sections and bolt those together.
