If I take photos of the flowers in my yard, I don't need AI to manufacture fake ones. I will always have the memories anyway.
Real flowers feel a certain way. They smell a certain way. When the breeze makes them bob and wave, you can see and even hear them.

I don't know if a totally random universe would have led to irises. I prefer to think that some entity somewhere along the way nudged the process along. I'd be okay if the entity was a cow
