But why, if Reneé sufferend from the regime himself is he now doing what he does not in an effort to hurt the system or help all the poor people but for his personal gain? He even blackmails people. If he is such a brilliant hacker, why doesn't he even hurt the government much more? Delete all the 180 files for instance, cause lots of havoc... why is no body in this story finally doing anything?!

Yes, this is a graphic episode… In this society the definition of crime has definitely been chosen carefully by the ‘powers that be’ for statistics purposes - 0 homicides, because planning to kill people who don’t cooperate doesn’t count…
