Giacomo Chiapparini, 74, was buried when a shelf broke in his warehouse in the Lombardy region on Sunday.The collapse created a domino effect bringing down thousands of wheels, which weigh about 40kg (84lbs) each.

It took 12 hours to find Mr Chiapparini's body.

Helen Smart.

Me neither, but I don't really follow sports very closely. She was only 42.

I remember Helen Smart. But then I follow sport/swimming especially the Olympics.

After she retired from swimming, Helen (nee Don-Duncan) became a teacher and eventually a headteacher at a school in Wigan until her death. The family-of-four were on holiday in the Lake District when their 4 year old daughter tried to wake mummy up during the night but couldn't. Helen was discovered to have passed away when her husband turned on the light. The family had been paddleboarding that day. Helen was not ill, she just passed away in her sleep.

It's a terrible blow to any young family to lose the mother and what a loss to the community (she still had her parents too)
